Lynn has worked in the corporate world, the television industry, the newspaper industry, and even at a daycare center where she stayed sick the entire two weeks of her employment.
She is the former owner/publisher/editor of a small town newspaper (circ. 4500) which led to Unholy Covenant, a true crime story she followed for the newspaper and ultimately turned the story into a best-selling book. It was published in 2000 by Addicus Books. She gave up the truth and reality and turned to fiction with the inspirational mystery/suspense The Rising (Pelican Book Group/Harbourlight 2013). The book was named a finalist for the Grace Award, an award chosen by readers that recognizes outstanding inspirational fiction.
Her first private eye novel, Wink of an Eye, will be released by Minotaur Books on November 18, 2014. Featuring Private Eye Michael “Gypsy” Moran, the book won the 2013 St. Martin's Press/Private Eye Writers of America Best 1st Private Eye Novel Competition.
NoBody's Baby, a mystery featuring Ava Logan as a small town newspaper owner/publisher/editor, is coming soon from Henery Press.
